Since its inception, management-owned and operated Creative Benefit Planning (CBP) has focused on delivering value-added services to our clients that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their organizations. We provide the same insurance products and services as larger brokerage firms but with the personal attention and cost-effective offerings of a smaller organization.

But we're more than just insurance brokers. We work as an extension to our clients' human resources department, acting as trusted advisors on important issues, such as assisting in the development of employee benefits communication materials; helping to streamline benefits following a merger or acquisition; or participating in strategy sessions to determine what additional benefits employers should be offering, such as flu shots, flexible spending accounts or executive benefits.
